An introduction to the science of the breathing referred to
as Pranayama in the yogic tradition. Pranayama is essentially the science of controlling the mind and nervous system through the breath. Participants will learn simple but powerful ways to control the nervous system through breathing techniques and life style changes to create more balance and well being. The worshop will have a very special Sound Bath Yoga Nidra with Singing bowls and Digeridoo with Andreas
